Volunteering
Be Heard is
always looking
for
volunteers. Volunteers can help in all sorts of ways and
their work is extremely well appreciated by the members and staff at Be
Heard. If you have a bit of time to spare, look at our
brochure, or contact Be
Heard directly.

a helping hand and a kind listening ear, to understand difficulties
and make sure needs are being met
