Opening of Internet Cafe
Be Heard members had placed "access to
computers" high on their list of priorities as the group was starting
up in 2007. After procuring funding for four networked
computers, the Be Heard Internet Cafe opened it's doors in the spring
of 2008. Be Heard members are free to stop in to check email,
use the internet, play computer games, watch a DVD, or sit an chat with
friends over a tea and interesting website.
